This hue shifter rotates every color in a picture around the color wheel with a single slider. Load a JPG, PNG or WebP, drag left or right, and watch reds become oranges, greens or violets in a live preview. The slider covers the full spectrum from -180° to +180°, so any color can be turned into any other while the picture keeps its light, shadows and texture. When the result looks right, download it in full resolution or copy it straight to the clipboard, nothing about the image is resized or recompressed beyond the format you choose.
The degrees on the slider are positions on the color wheel. Shift by +120° and red turns green, green turns blue, blue turns red; shift by -120° and the cycle runs backwards. A 180° shift lands every color on its exact opposite, which turns a blue product photo orange or a green logo magenta in one move. Because the rotation is continuous you are not limited to presets: a subtle -15° warms a scene slightly, while +90° restyles it completely. The same product shot can become an entire color range lineup in a minute.
Quick hue filters, including the CSS hue-rotate most online tools use, approximate the rotation with a color matrix. The approximation is fast but visibly wrong: brightness drifts, saturated colors wash out, and yellows come back muddy. This tool does the real thing. Every pixel is converted to HSL, only the hue channel is rotated, and the pixel is converted back, so saturation and lightness are preserved exactly. Grays, whites and blacks have no hue at all and pass through untouched, which is why shifted photos still look like photographs instead of tinted copies.
Shops use a hue changer to produce color variants of a product from one photograph instead of reshooting each version. Designers shift illustrations and interface mockups to test alternative palettes, or nudge artwork toward brand colors without rebuilding it. Game developers recolor sprites and textures into enemy variants, seasonal skins and team versions. Photographers rescue images where a color reads wrong, and social media creators simply hunt for the version of a picture that pops. In every case the workflow is the same: drag until it looks right, then download.
The rotation runs entirely in your browser. The image is never uploaded, no server touches your pixels, and the preview you drag against is computed on your own machine.
