This free images to GIF maker turns a set of pictures into one animated GIF. Select or drop the images - JPG, PNG, WebP, even other GIFs - and they line up in a strip in name order; tap one and move it with the arrows, or remove it with the cross. Set how long each image shows, whether the GIF loops forever or plays once, and how large it should be, and the preview plays the finished animation while the panel shows the frame count, the size and the running time. It makes a slideshow GIF out of holiday photos, a before-and-after that flips between two shots, or a flipbook from a folder of drawings.
The GIF takes the shape of the first image, scaled to the size you choose - 800 pixels on the long side by default, which keeps a twenty-photo GIF at a sensible file size. Every other image is fitted inside that frame and centred, with transparent space around it where the shapes differ, so nothing is cropped or stretched. Put the image whose shape you want first, and the rest follow.
Time per image runs from a tenth of a second, for a quick flipbook, to two seconds, for a slideshow people can actually look at. Loop forever is what most GIFs want; switch it off for an animation that ends on its last picture. Size caps the long side at 320, 480, 800 or 1024 pixels, or keeps the original - larger frames and more images both mean bigger files, and the panel shows the size before you download.
