A calendar on the fridge, a monthly planner for a school class, a shift rota, a year overview to pin above the desk: this free calendar maker lays out any month or year and hands you a page to print - no calendar making website account, no app to install, just create and print. Choose Month for one sheet with big day boxes to write in, 12 months for twelve monthly pages starting from the month you pick (a school or financial year that begins in September works the same way), or Year for all twelve months on one page. Set the week to start on Monday or Sunday - the page picks the one used where you are - and switch on week numbers if you plan by the week. The page is customizable where it matters: one of six colours, or any custom colour you like, marks the title, the weekday row and the weekends. Monthly, 12 Months or the Whole Year

The monthly calendar is a writing grid: the month and year across the top, the weekday names in a coloured band, then one box per day, large enough for appointments and birthdays. Days that belong to the month before or after are left as grey boxes, so every row is a full week. A month that fits in four weeks gets four taller rows instead of an empty fifth. 12 months makes the same page for twelve months in a row; the PDF holds all twelve pages and the Print button prints them in one go. The yearly calendar puts twelve compact months on a single sheet, three across in portrait and four across in landscape. Week numbers follow ISO 8601, the system used in Europe and in most diaries: week 1 is the week with the year's first Thursday, so some years, like 2026, have a week 53.

Print opens your browser's print dialog with the paper size already set; choose actual size (100%) so the page fills the sheet as drawn. The PDF is the file to keep or send to a print shop: each page at 300 DPI on A4 and Letter, at the exact size of the chosen paper. PNG and JPG are the same page as a picture, for a phone wallpaper or a document; with 12 months they come as a ZIP of twelve images, one per month. Copy puts the page on the clipboard.
