Tap a screenshot to crop its top or bottom.
Select the screenshots you took while scrolling and they come back as one long picture. Where two screenshots show the same part of the page, the overlap is found and cut, so every message, line and photo appears exactly once. The bars that stay put while you scroll - the status bar with the clock, the app bar with the contact name, the typing bar, the phone's navigation bar, a browser's address bar or the taskbar - are kept once, at the top and at the bottom, instead of repeating at every join. Screenshots go in the order they were taken (their file names carry the time); the arrows on each card move one earlier or later and the cross removes it. Press Download for the long screenshot, or copy it straight into a message.
A long WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram or iMessage conversation, a receipt or order history, a recipe, a thread of comments, a settings screen, a web page on a computer: anything you scroll through can be joined into one image to send, print or keep. For the best result, let each screenshot share a line or two with the one before it - scroll a little less than a full screen each time. The overlap does not have to be the same size between shots, and it works with phone screenshots, desktop screenshots with a scrollbar, and JPG screenshots that were compressed when they were forwarded.
Tap a screenshot in the preview, or its card, to crop it. It opens in full with the parts that are cut dimmed, and a white handle on its top and bottom edge: drag a handle to cut more or less, or use Crop top and Crop bottom for exact steps. Reset crop goes back to the automatic cut and the tick closes it. That is also how you remove anything you do not want in the long image - a keyboard, a notification banner, an empty area - and how you fix a screenshot marked orange, which means it had nothing in common with the one before it (you scrolled too far, or it is out of order). Turn off Remove overlap to keep every screenshot whole and simply stack them.
The long screenshot keeps the full resolution of your originals: the rows that are kept are copied pixel for pixel, never resampled (a screenshot of a different width is scaled to match the others). PNG keeps text perfectly sharp and is the default for PNG screenshots; JPG is smaller and is the default when your screenshots were JPGs; WebP is smaller still. A result so long that some phones could not open it is saved a little smaller instead of being cut. For side-by-side pictures or a grid, use the image combiner or merge images instead.
Screenshots of chats, bank apps and order histories are about as private as images get. They never leave your device here: the overlap is measured and the long image is drawn by your own browser, with no upload, no account and no watermark.

Yes, a little: the overlap is how each screenshot is placed exactly under the one before it. A line or two of shared content is enough. Without any overlap the screenshots are still joined, with the repeated bars removed, but whatever was between them is missing, and that screenshot is marked orange.
Anything that sits at the same place on every screenshot while the content scrolls underneath it is treated as a fixed bar. The first screenshot's top bars stay at the top of the long image, the last screenshot's bottom bars stay at the bottom, and every copy in between is cut.
Tap the screenshot below the join and drag its top handle, or use the Crop top and Crop bottom sliders, until the two sides line up or the unwanted part is gone. Reset crop returns to the automatic cut.
