A bubble chart is a scatter plot with a third value: every row is placed by its X and Y and drawn as a circle whose size shows one more amount. Income against life expectancy with population as the bubble, price against rating with sales as the size, effort against impact with cost. The table has four columns, Name, X, Y and Size, and the column headings become the axis titles, so name them the way you want them printed.
Bubble sizes are set by area, so a value twice as big gives a bubble with twice the surface, not twice the width, which would look four times larger. The biggest bubble is sized to fit the plot, the small ones never shrink out of sight, and big bubbles are drawn first so small ones are never hidden behind them. With Values on, each bubble carries its name, inside when it fits and above it when it does not.
Copy the four columns from Excel or Google Sheets into the top-left cell, or drop a CSV file on the page. Without a size, a scatter plot is the better fit, with groups and a trend line. All the types are on the chart maker.
