This certificate maker turns a few lines of text into a finished certificate you can print today. Pick one of four templates: Classic (cream parchment, gilt border, corner scrolls), Diploma (a fine guilloche border like a school diploma), Modern (angled colour panels) or Minimal (a hairline frame and plenty of white). Choose what the certificate is for under "Certificate of", type the recipient's name, a line of description and the date, and add one or two signature lines with a name and a title under each. The gold seal with ribbons picks up the title, and the colour swatches recolour the border, the title and the ribbons together. Everything you change shows on the sheet straight away.
The type menu fills in the usual wording for a certificate of achievement, completion, appreciation, excellence, merit, participation, recognition or an award, and you can rewrite any of it. Teachers use it for merit certificates and class awards, managers for employee of the month, clubs and coaches for participation certificates, course leaders for a formal certificate of completion. Add your school or company logo with "Add logo" and it sits above the title. Long names shrink to fit the line instead of running into the border. For a signature to go with it, make one with the signature maker; for a round company seal as an image, the stamp maker does that.
Print opens your browser's print dialog with the certificate at its true paper size, A4 or Letter (A5 and A3 too), landscape or portrait. Download gives a PDF at 300 DPI, the file to send to a print shop or email, or a PNG or JPG image with its print resolution written in, so it prints at the right size from any photo app. Copy puts the picture on the clipboard, and Share hands it to another app on a phone. Printed on heavy cream or white card, the result looks like a certificate bought from a stationery shop.
A certificate carries a person's full name, and often a school, an employer and a date. This generator draws it in your browser: the names you type and the logo you add never leave your device, there is no account, and nothing is kept once you close the page.

Heavy card of 160 to 250 gsm in cream or white gives the feel of a real certificate. In the print dialog choose "Actual size" or 100% so the border keeps its margins.
