Click two points on the photo and the distance between them appears instantly. Out of the box it reads in pixels; give the tool one known length as a reference and every measurement converts to real units like millimeters, centimeters, inches or meters. Add as many measurements as you need, each stays drawn and listed, and Copy values takes them all.
The calibration works with anything of known size in the picture: the scale bar on a map or floor plan, a ruler laid next to an object, a credit card, a sheet of paper. Measure the known length once, type its real value, and every distance after that is reported in real units. That turns an ordinary photo into a usable measuring instrument.
Reading dimensions off a product photo before buying, measuring rooms and furniture on a floor plan, distances on maps and satellite views, part sizes in workshop photos, plant spacing in a garden plan, or checking proportions in a design mockup. A loupe magnifier helps land each click on the exact pixel.
Distance is one of five measurements in the same engine: angles, radius and diameter, area and perimeter each have their own page, and the full Measure Image tool switches between all of them. For pixel positions there is the coordinate finder, and for a picture's own dimensions the image size finder. The full measuring collection shows them all side by side.
