This triangle crop tool turns a photo into a clean triangle in seconds. Open a picture, pick which way the triangle points, up, down, left or right, then drag it over the part you want to keep and shape it with the handles. Stretching the box changes the triangle's angles, from a wide flat wedge to a tall narrow spike, so any triangle you have in mind is a couple of drags away. The download comes out at your photo's full resolution with everything outside the triangle transparent.
The direction control flips the apex instantly: upward for the classic pyramid look, downward for play-button and arrow motifs, left and right for pointers and chevrons. The corner handles resize the whole shape while the edge handles stretch just the width or the height, and because the apex always sits centered on its side, the triangle stays symmetric at every proportion. The veil outside the shape shows exactly what will be cut away.
Downloaded as PNG or WebP, the outside of the triangle is fully transparent with a smooth anti-aliased edge. That makes the cutout a ready-to-use element: place it over any color, pattern or photo and only the triangle shows. Choose JPG instead and the surroundings become clean white automatically, which suits documents and printing. Either way the triangle is rendered from your original pixels at full resolution, never from the on-screen preview.
