This viewer opens Adobe Photoshop PSD documents - and large-format PSB files - straight in your browser. Select or drop the file and the full composite image appears in seconds, with no Photoshop license, no trial install and no upload: the file is parsed entirely on your device and never leaves it. That makes it the quick answer when a client, colleague or download hands you a .psd and you just need to see what is inside, check its size, or pass the artwork on as a normal image.
The panel lists every layer the document contains, top to bottom, with groups indented the way Photoshop nests them. Each layer row shows a small rendered thumbnail, the layer's pixel size, its blend mode and opacity, and hidden layers appear dimmed with an eye-off mark. Any pixel layer can be downloaded on its own as a transparent PNG using the arrow on its row - handy for pulling a logo, product shot or text-free background out of a layered design without opening an editor at all.
The decoder handles RGB, CMYK, Grayscale, Indexed, Bitmap, Duotone, Lab and Multichannel color modes at 8, 16 and 32 bits per channel, with RAW, RLE and ZIP compressed image data. CMYK and Lab documents are converted to RGB for display. The info rows show the pixel dimensions, color mode, bit depth and channel count, layer count, resolution in DPI and the name of any embedded ICC profile. Files saved without a flattened preview still open: the viewer rebuilds the composite from the visible layers and says so, since blend modes and masks are approximated in that case.
The Download button saves the full-resolution composite - a 3000 x 2000 PSD produces a 3000 x 2000 image, with transparency kept in PNG and WebP and flattened onto white for JPG. That is usually the whole job: turning a layered Photoshop file into an image anyone can open - and if converting is all you came for, PSD to PNG is the same engine framed for exactly that. Yes. The layer panel shows every layer with its thumbnail, blend mode, opacity and visibility; groups appear as folder rows with their layers indented underneath, nested the way they are in Photoshop. Each pixel layer can also be downloaded separately as a transparent PNG.
Yes. The Download button exports the full-resolution composite as PNG, JPG or WebP. PNG and WebP keep transparency; JPG is flattened onto white.
Yes. PSB is the large-document variant of PSD, and the viewer reads both - including 16-bit and 32-bit files and ZIP-compressed layer data.
Photoshop can save files without the flattened composite (the "Maximize Compatibility" option was off). The viewer then stacks the visible layers itself to build a preview. Simple documents look identical; advanced blend modes, masks and adjustment layers are approximated.
No. Parsing, layer rendering and export all run in your browser. The document never leaves your device, which matters for client work and unreleased designs.
